A formal FLIP top Emergency Safety code booklet was adopted into Tuba City School District policies in 2011. The guide is for all staff at TCUSD and address emergency situations like fire, assault, weapons, hostage intruders, death, suicide, bomb threat, gas leak, inclement weather and terrorist activity.
