FARMINGTON, N.M. - The 10th Circuit Court of Appeals vacated and dismissed March 30, an earlier court ruling that halted operations from Area IV on Navajo Mine last year, costing the Navajo Transitional Energy Company (NTEC) and the Navajo Nation approximately $2 million.
