FLAGSTAFF - APS, Arizona's largest and longest-serving electric utility has brightened the New Year with a $10,000 gift to energize Coconino Community College's Early Childhood Development program. Officials with the utility company based in Phoenix presented a giant check to President Leah L. Bornstein and the CCC Foundation Jan. 17 on the Lone Tree Campus.
