FLAGSTAFF-Mary Kim Titla hopes to become the first Native American woman in Congress. She has announced her candidacy and plans to unseat Rick Renzi from Arizona's Congressional District One. Titla took her campaign race onto the winding woodland trail above Flagstaff's Thorpe Park that has served as the route for the Native Americans for Community Action (NACA) Sacred Mountain Prayer Run for several years now.
