The Winslow Library and Friends of the Library sponsored an event featuring Radical Reptile Fun which entertained and informed kids and adults about reptiles June 14. The event was part of the June summer fun program. A number of reptiles were on display and kids could touch snakes, lizards, a turtle and monitor lizard originally found on South Mountain in Phoenix. An audience more than 60 people were treated to three hours of reptile viewing. Kids and adults were equally transfixed. More information is at radicalreptilefun.com.
