Just Cruis'n car show Friday and Saturday in Winslow

WINSLOW, Ariz. - The 19th annual Just Cruis'n Car Club car show takes place Friday and Saturday. Events kick off Friday at noon and wrap up Saturday at 3 p.m.

The activities start Friday afternoon with a poker run that features $1,000 in prize money. A Cackle fest and a burnout contest take place later in the afternoon and also pay $1,000. Live music and drinks will be available at Bojo's after the festivities.

The car show on Saturday features 34 classes to choose from plus 12 "best of" awards. The awards are handmade metal trophies formed mostly from bent and welded internal auto engine parts.

All events take place on Second Street in downtown Winslow on Historic Route 66 at Kinsley Avenue, the corner made famous by the Eagles.
