Lady Bulldogs volleyball squad opens season Sept. 3 against Holbrook

Tournament schedule still unavailable, first away matches Sept. 5 in Flagstaff

WINSLOW, Ariz. - The regular season volleyball schedule for the Winslow Lady Bulldogs is available, but the schedule does not contain any tournament listings yet.

The Winslow Lady Bulldogs open their 2013 volleyball season against the Holbrook Lady Roadrunners Sept. 3 in Winslow. As with all home contests, the freshman teams play at 4:30 p.m., the junior varsity teams at 5:30 p.m. and the varsity teams play at 6:30 p.m.

Winslow plays in Flagstaff against the Flagstaff Lady Eagles Sept. 5 with matches at 4, 5 and 6 p.m. and in Snowflake against the Lady Lobos on Sept. 10.

The Lady Bulldogs play host to four straight home contests against the Joseph City Lady Wildcats Sept. 12, the Ganado Lady Hornets Sept. 17, the Sedona Red Rock Lady Scorpions Sept. 19 and against the Snowflake Lady Lobos Sept. 24.

Road games follow on Sept. 28 in Chinle against the Lady Wildcats and Oct. 1 in Tuba City against the Lady Warriors. The matches in Chinle are slated for 4, 5 and 6 p.m. while the Tuba City matches take place at 4:30, 5:30 and 6:30 p.m.

Winslow takes on the Hopi Lady Bruins in an Oct. 3 home match.

The Lady Bulldogs journey to Page Oct. 5 to meet the Page Lady Sand Devils at 11 a.m., noon and 1 p.m.

Home matches take place against the Tuba City Lady Warriors Oct. 10 and against the Chinle Lady Wildcats Oct. 15.

The Lady Bulldogs will be in Camp Verde Oct. 16 to meet the Camp Verde Lady Cowboys with matches slated for 4, 5 and 6 p.m. and at Monument Valley High School in Kayenta to meet the Lady Mustangs Oct. 19 at noon and 2 p.m.

Winslow's final home matches of the regular season are Oct. 24 against the Window Rock Lady Scouts.

Road games take place against the Show Low Lady Cougars Oct. 26 with 4, 5 and 6 p.m. starting times and Oct. 29 against the Holbrook Lady Roadrunners with 4, 5 and 6 p.m. starting times.

Any post season play is determined by regular season results.
