Winslow's Just Cruis'n Car Club begins 2012

On Jan. 3, Winslow's car club "Just Cruis'n" had its first meeting of the year in BoJo's Cafe. The annual dues are only $25 and anyone interested in cars is welcome to join. The meetings occur on the first Tuesday of the month, same time and place as above. The club presently has 33 members but attendance at the January meeting was 16. Club president for the next year is Richard Brown, who is continuing his second term.

A variety of issues were settled, mainly concerning plans for the Oct. 6 Winslow Car Show. Among them were assignments for Plaque and T-Shirt Committee, Burn-Out Committee, Poker-Run Committee and Public Address System technical support. It's never too early to start preparing for a successful October car show.
