Wildflower Walks at the Arboretum
Join a botanist for a tour through woodlands, meadows and cultivated gardens

FLAGSTAFF, Ariz. - The Arboretum at Flagstaff offers visitors a special "Wildflower Walk" through the gardens, meadows, and nature trail on Saturday, June 19 at 9:30 a.m. Dr. Gwendolyn Waring will explain the natural history of wildflowers that are in bloom this month. Space is available on a first-come, first served basis and is limited to 20 participants. Please sign up on arrival.

This is the first Wildflower Walk in a series of three to be held this summer. Wildflower walks are offered the third Saturday of each month including July 17 and Aug. 21. The walks are included with the price of general admission, which is $7 for adults, $6 for seniors, and $3 for children 3-17.

The Arboretum is a botanical garden, research center, and nature preserve dedicated to educating the public about the plants and plant communities of the Colorado Plateau. It is located four miles south of Route 66 on scenic Woody Mountain Road in West Flagstaff.
