About 2,000 guests are expected throughout the day, and donations of food, beverages, condiments and dinner ware, as well as monetary donations, are being sought from friends, family and local businesses.

Honanie and Maxine Wadsworth, administrative assistant to the vice chairman, who can be reached at (928) 734-3112, also can answer any other questions.
