Dr. Scott Franklin
Our father, grandfather and husband, Dr. Scott Franklin, 90, of Flagstaff passed from this life on Friday, Aug. 6, 2010 at Flagstaff Medical Center. He was laid to rest on Saturday, Aug. 14, 2010.
His maternal clan is the Towering House Clan and his paternal clan is the Salt Clan. He was a respected minister to the Navajo people for many years. He is survived by his loving wife, Amy Franklin; daughter, Lillian Arthur; sons, Bill, Robert and Carl Franklin; sisters, Ada Little and Rosie Ben; brother Tom Franklin; 10 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; and one great-great -grandchild.
The family would like to extend their appreciation and gratitude for the loving support and kindness received. Special thanks go to Flagstaff Medical Center, Tuba City Regional Health Care Center, Mayo Clinic, Northern Arizona Home Care, to the many churches on and off the reservation, to the pastors, Lazano Mortuary and to the numerous people who extended their help and donations.
