Yavapai-Apache Nation supports Havasupai Tribe to protect Red Butte

On July 25-26, the Havasupai Tribe hosted a gathering at the sacred Red Butte in an effort to halt uranium mining. The Yavapai-Apache Nation sent representatives to show support in the preservation of the sacred Red Butte and the halting of uranium mining in the Grand Canyon region.
