Rough Rock all-around cowgirl, Reneille Sells (seated at right) signed with the Diné College Rodeo Team on July 9, which also happened to be her birthday. Also pictured are Leslie Teller (seated at left), Diné College rodeo coach; Demille Sells (father); Rose Ann Sells (mother); and D.L. Sells (brother). Sells is Tachiini born for the Tódichiini Clan. Reneille comes from a well known family that stresses education as a major goal and the sport of rodeo as a life-long business. Her inspiration in life comes from role models within her family. "Signing a letter of intent with Diné College on her 18th birthday will be very memorable for Reneille," said Teller. "Her passion for the sport of rodeo has grown and now she'll be competing at an intercollegiate level. I have seen Reneille compete in breakaway, barrel racing and team roping since she was nine years old. She has the drive and dedication to meet her goals in life," Teller concluded.
