Chasity Danielle Begay graduated from the U.S. Navy boot camp on June 18, 2007 in Great Lakes, Ill. She went on to A-school in Pensacola, Fla. for ABH (Avation Boatswainmate Handler) training and graduated on Oct. 12 2007. She was stationed on board the USS George Washington (CVN 73) in Norfolk, Va., which later became a forward deployed carrier and assigned to take over for the USS Kitty Hawk in Yokosuka, Japan.

Begay is now stationed in Yokosuka. Her parents are Isreal and Priscilla Begay of Tonalea.
