May 23, 2007
My daughter graduated this past weekend on Saturday, May 26. I have witnessed time fly. It seems like just yesterday that she was having a party for her first laugh. Now she is preparing for campus life and college classes.
I want to thank the principals, teachers, counselors, coaches, staff and school board for laying a fantastic foundation for my child. I am proud of my child's many successes. I am proud of Tuba City Unified #15. There are dedicated folks working there.
I remember instances where love, nurturing and positive regard was needed for my child and you delivered. I can remember when discipline and follow through were needed and you were there. I can remember when awkward moments arose and one of you stood up for my child and helped her along the way. I can recall moments and events when she wouldn't listen to her parents, but the "significant other"-you-was there to lend a guiding hand or words of wisdom.
Each and every one of you, of Tuba City Unified #15, helped her mother and I produce this wonderful human being, my child, my student, and my family.
From my family and I, we want to thank you so very much. May the Holy People take care of you so that you can continue to help other children become men and women as each and every one of you have helped my child.
This truly must be Ke'.... Sa'ah Naaghai Bik'eh Hozhoon.
