Navajo County Sheriff's Report

The following people were booked into the Navajo County Jail recently. These persons are accused of committing criminal activity, but such accusations should raise no inference of guilt.

Wednesday, Sept. 14: Myron Yazzie, 21, criminal trespassing and possession of drug paraphernalia; Ronald Begay, 45, two warrants; Jason Havier, 22, excessive speed, fleeing from a law enforcement vehicle, open container violation, and extreme DUI with a blood alcohol content of 0.18 percent or more; Jefferson Lee Begay, 32, shoplifting, and criminal trespassing; and Robert Sena, 40, two counts of failure to comply.

Thursday, Sept. 15: Dennis Bonkbrake, 38, warrant; Manford Burchett, 44, four counts of possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana and three counts of possession of marijuana for sale; Crystal Aguilar, 21, assault/disorderly conduct; Michael Fuqua, 25, three counts of possession of and use of a weapon in drug defense, two counts of possession of weapon on prohibited person, three counts of possession of dangerous drug for sale, four counts of possession of drug paraphernalia, three counts of use of electronic communications in drug transaction, and two counts of use of a building for sale and manufacturing of drug paraphernalia; Sandra Dale, 36, two warrants; Kory Reid Normandin, 26, two warrants; Keith A. Wilson, 20, assault, and threatening and intimidating; Robin J. Fahr, 31, theft; Mark Timothy Carter, 37, aggravated DUI, unlawful flight from a law enforcement officer, open container violation, DUI with blood alcohol content of 0.08 percent or more, and extreme DUI; Joshua Raymond Armijo, 21, two warrants; Laverne John, 26, failure to obey a law enforcement officer and aggravated assault of a law enforcement officer; Tammy Curley, 34, failure to appear; Mandi Marie Peralta-Bastardo, 21, shoplifting; Kristian Ryan Walton, 23, shoplifting; Crystal Lynn Cox, 22, warrant, driving on a suspended license and expired registration; and Henry Brown, 56, disorderly conduct.

Friday, Sept. 16: Jesus Antonio Vargas, 35, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana, and DUI; Alvin Wilson Begay, 44, warrant; Jeffrey W. Thomas, 34, warrant and resisting arrest; Ellen M. Aaron-Stambaugh, 45, three warrants; William Holmes Dalton, 55, warrant and possession of drug paraphernalia; Christopher Dale Enders, 26, warrant; Wilfred Joe, 31, warrant, aggravated DUI, and aggravated DUI with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent or more; Ubaldo Santillan, 52, probation violation; Arthur Alan Sonodo, 46, possession of dangerous drugs; and Tracy Joseph Douglas, 38, theft and two counts of possession of stolen property.

Saturday, Sept. 17: Anthony Quinn Land, 40, assault/domestic violence; Kevin Allen Sample, 20, DUI with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent or more, extreme DUI, and DUI accident in connection with an injury; Michelle Frances Vasquez, 34, assault/domestic violence and disorderly conduct/domestic violence; Lindsay Jane Shaw, 20, theft; Perry Don Bryan Jr., 35, criminal damage/domestic violence and disorderly conduct/domestic violence; Carlos Jaquez Amador, 46, warrant; Lorraine Charley, 49, warrant, and criminal damage and disorderly conduct; Garry Clark, 49, warrant; Wilbert James, 21, aggravated DUI, aggravated extreme DUI with a blood alcohol content of .15 percent or more and possession of peyote; Bob Ray Anderson, 50, open container violation, possession of drug paraphernalia, driving on a suspended license, possession of a narcotic drug and fictitious plates; Martin McCraith, 42, seven warrants; David Huston, 29, criminal trespassing and disorderly conduct; and Keith Richard Eason, 37, failure to appear.
