Greyhills students learn Diné crafts<br>

TUBA CITY — Megan Benally took a strand of wool and carefully worked it through the threads of yarn on the loom. She took the batten and hit the strand of wool into place on the rug she is weaving as her tutor watched and gave verbal instruction at Greyhills Academy High School.

On Jan. 28, she was starting her first rug. First, in the Navajo traditional way, she weaves the design in her mind.
