Homecoming at Hopi: 50-plus floats<br>

Kelley, a 17-year old senior, said winning the king’s crown was totally unexpected for him. Kelley said he didn’t expect to win since he’s white and has only been at the school for two years.

“I didn’t think that anybody knew me,” he said. Kelley, an A-average student, plays basketball and baseball. He plans to study pre-law at Cal Poly Tech in San Luis Obispo.
