Greyhills Knights charge into beauty

TUBA CITY — Greyhills Academy High School celebrated Homecoming and Native American Indian Week Sept. 27-Oct. 1 with the theme “It’s Up to Oneself to Make Life Beautiful.”
The following workshops were scheduled for students throughout the week:
• Monday-Clan Day—“Teaching the Children the Foundation of Life” by Jonathan Lewis; “Native Music” by Tom McCrary; “Kinship (Doone’e) by Peggy Scott; “Language Immersion” by Loretta Chino-Welch; “What is my responsibility?” by Gloria Johns.
