Emergency drill in Tuba City

During the afternoon of Aug. 26, Tuba City Community Emergency Response will be conducting a community-wide exercise and drill. Residents will see an increase in the number of police vehicles and ambulances on South Oak Street and Main Street near the hospital. The hospital siren will be activated. Residents are asked not to call the hospital switchboard unless they have a medical emergency. The increased number of unnecessary calls to the hospital switchboard ties up the emergency lines.
