Career fair in Tuba City

A Western Navajo Agency Career Fair will be held 10 a.m.-2 p.m. Thursday, March 13 at Greyhills Academy High School in Tuba City. Free hotdogs and drinks will be served noon-1 p.m. Office of Dine’ Youth and the Youth Opportunity Program are sponsors. For more information, call 928-283-3021/3022.

Greyhills boys B-ball dinner

An appreciation dinner will be held for Greyhills Boys Basketball Conference Champions 6 p.m. Friday, March 14 in Greyhills Academy High School auditorium.

Open men’s B-ball tourney

An open men’s basketball tournament will be held Thursday through Saturday, March 13-15 at Tolani Lake Elementary Academy in Tolani Lake. The entry fee for this eight-player roster 12-team double elimination tournament is $150 per team. Horse contests will be held during halftime with $25 going to the winner on Thursday and Friday and $50 on Saturday. Tolani Lake Heritage Days is the event sponsor. Leupp Schools lists dances

Southern Dine Nation is coming alive. Upcoming dances will be held at Leupp Schools Inc. from 9 p.m.-1 a.m. on Friday, March 14 — Genuine, April 5 — Southern Strait, April 11 — Night Breeze and April 19 — Southern Strait. Admission will be charged at the door. All dances are fund-raising efforts for the Class of 2004’s senior trip.
