In honor of Pfc. Piestewa<br>

More than 200 gathered in Flagstaff High School gym to pay their respects on April 17 to Pfc. Lori Piestewa. Ambushed April 23 while on duty with the 507th Maintenance Company in Iraq, Piestewa, is the first Native American woman killed in combat while deployed overseas. Above, are Piestewa's family members from The Tuba City area. The honor guard at attention during Lori Piestewa’s memorial service on Thursday night.
