Bruins defeat Warriors at Oct. 4 Homecoming game<br>

Polacca — Joseph “Buck” Auclair and Dale Lalo scored late touchdowns, as Hopi remained undefeated by beating Tuba City, 20-8, Oct. 4 at Hopi High.

Hopi remained undefeated in four games and improved to 3-0 in the 3A North Conference. Tuba City dropped to 1-4 overall and 1-2 in the 3A North.

This was the homecoming game for Hopi High as Courtney Lucas was crowned king and Savanna Spurlock was crowned queen at half-time.

Hopi High Coach Russ Semore said the Bruins were rusty after having a week off.
