Bulldog Wrestlers Took Two Of Three Matches<br>

The Winslow Bulldogs wrestling team defeated Red Mesa 54-24 and Ganado 55-24, but lost to Mogollon 47-33 as part of a multi-team tournament held at Joseph City on Jan. 15.

Chris Nelson (130) won all three of his matches by a pin. Dustin Taylor (140) also won all three of his matches by a pin. Steven Martinez (152) won all three of his matches: one by a pin, one on a technicality and one 15-14. Jeff Murray (119) won all three of his matches: two by a pin and one on a forfeit.

Steven Polacca (171) won by a pin over Ganado in his only match. Rick Park (112) won two matches by pins but lost by a pin to Mogollon. Jesse Hancock (145) won two matches by pins, but lost on a technicality to Mogollon. Troy Johnson (215) won 4-3 over Red Mesa and by forfeit over Ganado. Dustin Cole won 10-3 over Ganado and lost by a pin to Mogollon.

Adam Reeves (heavyweight) and Wilmer Gambler (160) lost all three matches by pins. Michael Yazzie (189) and Jeremy Galaviz (171) lost both of their matches by pins.
