Leadership Conference

The fourth annual Young Diné Men’s Leadership conference will be held Feb. 28, March 1, 2, and 3 at Northern Arizona University’s Dubois Conference Center. Keynote speaker John B. Herrington. The Tuba City Indian Medical Center’s 638 Steering Committee invites you to attend its next meeting at 6 p.m. Thursday, March 1, in the Eubanks Conference Room in the old hospital building on Main St.

Casper in Concert

A free celebration concert that will present Casper from Hopi-Land and Aztlan Underground Burning Sky , will be held at NAU on Thursday, March 1 at the Prochnow Auditorium. The celebration is free and open to the public. Only 850 seats are available. Pick up free advanced tickets at NAU Downtown, University Union, or at the door. 5 tickets per person maximum.

Cash Bingo

The Tuba City Lions Club will have Cash Bingo on Thursday, March 1 at 7 p.m. at the St. Jude Parish Hall.

MacDonald Welcome Home

Please join us as we welcome home Peter MacDonald with a free luncheon reception on March 3 at the Tuba City Chapter House. Festivities are set to begin with a parade beginning 1 1/2 miles west of McDonald’s Restaurant and turning south onto Main Street and ending at the Chapter House. The keynote speaker is Vern Lee from Shiprock. Volunteers are needed and donations are welcomed and now begin accepted at the Tuba City Chapter House. Indian Fair & Market

The 43rd annual Heard Museum Guild Indian Fair & Market will be held on Saturday- Sunday, March 3&4 from 9:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Admission for adults and Native Americans $10, Children 4-12 $3, Children under 4 are free. For more information call, (602) 252-8848.

Benefit Social Song and Dance
