Red Lights On TC Fire Department Christmas Tree

TC Injury Prevention Team will be displaying a Christmas Tree with red holiday lights outside the Tuba City Fire Department starting Friday Dec. 21. The red lights will replace the white lights to represent the national death toll from drunk driving. December is National Drunk and Drugged Driving Prevention Month.

Shonto Chapter House Holiday Festival And Bazaar

The Shonto Holiday Festival and Bazaar will take place Dec. 19 at the Shonto Chapter House starting at 5 – 9 p.m. The Shonto Chapter House Business Meeting will take place Dec. 23 at 2 p.m.

The BIG TC Christmas Bazaar

Forest Service representatives will be on hand Dec. 27 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the TC Western Navajo Agency building next to the Post Office on Hway 160, Conference Room. , Registration also at FT Defiance on Jan 11, 2002 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the BIA Forestry Building on Rte 12, one mile north of the Conoco gas station. Shonto Basketball Tournament

The 5 on 5 Basketball tournament will take place at the Shonto Large Gym on Dec. 26 – 27

Starting at 5 p.m. – 10 p.m. Fees are $5 per player, 8$ for 6 and 7th team members. Limit 7 players on a team. Awards: Tons of fun.

Co-ed Volleyball Tournament Dec. 29 at 9 a.m. at the Large Gym. Fees: $75.00 per team. Awards: T-shirts and sweaters all tourneys. Round robin tournament.
