Holiday Celebration

The Alliance for Beauty and Harmony in Four Directions is sponsoring a Holiday Community Celebration on December 6 at St. Jude’s Catholic Church gym from 3 p.m.-7 p.m. Food, fun, and games for everyone. Tuba City and Moencopi children and families are invited.

Christmas Bazaar

The KMS 4th annual Christmas Bazaar will be held on Wednesday, December 6 from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m. at the Kayenta Middle School. Arts and crafts, food and game booths will be available for $10.

The Annual Arts and Crafts Christmas Sale will be held at the Moenkopi Community Center on Thursday-Friday, December 7-8 from 9 a.m.- 7 p.m..

Student Fund-raiser

The Kinlani Dorm Student Fund-raiser will be serving Mexican food dinner on Thursday, December 7 from 10 a.m. -1 p.m. at 901 N. Kinlani Rd. The price is $3.50 a plate and includes 2 enchiladas, tostada, refried beans, and churro. Buy 1 meal and receive a free entry to win a DIRECT TV satellite system or other prizes. Tickets are on sale now. Call 774- 5279 for more information or to place an order. All proceeds benefit the Kinlani dorm students.

Bodaway/Gap Chapter Meetings

A District #3 grazing meeting will be held at Bodaway/Gap, 10 a.m. - 3 p.m. on December 7. A Veteran’s Health Fair w/ Flu shots/ Fun Walk at Tuba City Community Center will be held December 8 from 12 noon- 4 p.m. A Western Navajo Agency Council Meeting will be held at 10 a.m. at the Coconino County Administrative Complex, Flagstaff on December 9.

Bingo

The Tuba City Lions Club Cash Bingo will be held on Thursday, December 7 at the St. Jude Parish Hall. The Lions Club will also be accepting old/unused eye glasses as donations.

Tracy Lawrence

The best-selling hitmaker Tracy Lawrence will perform at the Tuba City Sports Pavilion in Tuba City, AZ on Thursday, December 7 at 7 p.m. Tickets are $15 and can be purchased at the Pavilion box office, at Tuba City High School and at the Tuba City District Office/ Administration Building. Veteran’s Health Fair & Fun Walk

The Tuba City Community Center will hold a Veteran’s Health and Fun Walk on Friday, December 8 from 12 noon to 4 p.m.

Special booth presentations, health screenings, blood pressure checks, blood sugars, nutrition and more will be available. From 4 -7 p.m. the Native Veterans appreciation Christmas dinner will be held. Free military blankets or clothing to screened Veterans will be distributed.
