FLAGSTAFF, Ariz. — Native American for Communication Action (NACA) has been afforded the opportunity to be “Community Three Point Play” with the Phoenix Suns for its Native American Heritage game Nov. 27 by selling $2,000 worth of game tickets.

Part of the proceeds go back directly into NACA’s Pathways program, for direct services for youth. The money also helps in the cultural parts of the program, which includes dealing with substance abuse and providing education about those issues.

Aaron Secakuku, program coordinator for Pathways Youth Program, said it is an opportunity for NACA as a whole to showcase itself outside of Flagstaff.

“It’s a first-time for those of us up in the northern part that I can remember that anyone has been at that level with the Phoenix Suns,” he said.

More information about purchasing tickets is available at (928) 526-2968 or by calling Secakuku at (928) 607-8262.
