One More Time, Now It's Nine
Cliff Castle Casino receives #1 Casino award for ninth consecutive year

CAMP VERDE - For the ninth year in a row, Cliff Castle Casino has been ranked the best casino in Arizona. The Yavapai-Apache Nation, casino management, and all of the casino team members are delighted to receive this honor once again.

The Ranking Arizona: The Best of Arizona Business 2008 edition of Arizona Business Magazine lists Cliff Castle Casino as the best of 22 casinos found in the entire state of Arizona. Ranking Arizona is the outcome of the largest business opinion poll in Arizona. Each category is selected by the staff of Arizona Business Magazine for the general public to vote on.

Randy Johnson, Cliff Castle's director of marketing cited five reasons why the Northern Arizona casino repeatedly comes out on top: its customer service, family-oriented atmosphere, high-action machines, its award-winning chef at Storytellers Steakhouse, and dynamic promotions, including the recent addition of 91 new slot machines at the recent "My Big Fat Super Tuesday" 24-hour celebration.

"Every team member at Cliff Castle Casino is excited to receive this award," Johnson stated. "Our family-oriented atmosphere starts with the team members. Our staff is dedicated to providing the best service possible, and it is a privilege to work with people who have that level of integrity."

Cliff Castle Casino, a 114,000 square-foot multi-amenity facility, is frequented by those from the northern Arizona and Phoenix areas, along with thousands of visitors from around the country, each year.

Centrally located in Camp Verde, Cliff Castle Casino is proudly owned and operated by the Yavapai-Apache Nation. The casino offers live-action poker, blackjack and more than 660 gaming devices. Unlike any other casino in Arizona, Cliff Castle Casino provides a family atmosphere. Visitors can enjoy fine dining at Storytellers steakhouse and family dining at The Gallery, The Gathering Restaurant and Bar, and Johnny Rockets.

Entertainment options include outdoor performances at the 3,500-seat Stargazer Pavilion, live entertainment at the Dragonfly Lounge, a 20-lane bowling center, Kids Quest childcare facility and a video arcade. Hotel accommodations are available at the adjacent Lodge at Cliff Castle. Free bus and shuttle services are available from the Phoenix area, Prescott/Prescott Valley, Cottonwood, and Flagstaff.

Located just east of I-17 at exit 289 - a short 75-minute drive from Phoenix - the casino is open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. For more information about Cliff Castle Casino, please call the Castle Club at (928) 567-7999 or visit www.cliffcastle.net.
