Oatman, Ariz. - The Great Oatman Parade and Bed Races at 10 a.m. the racing teams, the Chamber Pot Band and others parade in their best or funniest nightwear. Following the parade, the teams push a bed down the Hwy 66 course, put a fitted sheet on a mattress, stuff pillows in cases and race back to finish line. 1:30 and 3:30 p.m., Oatman Ghostrider Gunfighters will perform. Bullhead City, Ariz. - PRCA Turquoise Circuit Finals Rodeo Team roping, bronc riding, bareback riding, calf roping, barrel racing, steer wrestling and toughest event, bull riding. Vendors for food, drink and souvenirs. Bullhead City Event and Equestrian Center, Pre-gate prices at (928) 682-9496.

Lake Havasu, Ariz. - Bare Bones Jazz Festival This popular festival makes its first appearance in years. Dixieland jazz to big band and blues, twelve groups including the Ted Herman’s 14 piece Orchestra, Igor’s Jazz Cowboy’s and Night Blooming Jazzmen. Sierra Vista, Ariz. - The Sierra Stampede All-women’s, WPRA circuit, professional rodeo. Bareback riding, bull riding, calf roping/tie down, break-away calf roping, team roping and barrel racing.
