Although Arizona State law relegates issuing a bad check a misdemeanor, other factors are considered in making a final determination as to the classification of offense this becomes. Any person who was affected in any way in regards to this case or has information that may be useful to this investigation is urged to call Detective Quentin Hayes at 289-3516 or Crime Stop at 289-2100. All assistance is greatly appreciated.
